I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
Please make sure to check your Deleted, Junk or Spam email folders and contact LW Tickets Customer Relations by calling 020 3925 2998, or by emailing: customer.relations@lwtickets.co.uk as soon as possible if you have not received your confirmation of purchase email. Some email providers divert LW Theatres’ emails to junk or spam folders. and these folders are often pre-set to delete contents within a short time. Please check your folder settings to ensure you can receive our emails.
